Frequently Asked Questions.
Direct answers about scope, gates, commercial scrutiny, and how we work.
Is this RevOps consulting?
No. We do not provide generic RevOps support. We operate as a commercial diligence defence layer. RevOps capability may be deployed inside the system if required — but it is not the product.
Is this Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) or a formal Quality of Earnings (QoE) report?
No. We do not perform financial QoE reports, tax work, legal diligence, or audit services. We operate as the commercial architecture layer before diligence — identifying revenue signal weakness, locking definitions, governing exceptions, and quantifying exposure so formal diligence becomes confirmation, not correction.
Do you guarantee valuation outcomes?
No. We remove commercial leverage points that buyers attack. Valuation outcomes depend on market conditions, negotiation dynamics, and capital environment. We defend revenue integrity.
Commercial Fragility Scan
What happens in the Commercial Fragility Scan?
It is a structured diagnostic gate.
- Revenue signal integrity
- Definition lock stability
- Exception exposure
- Renewal risk
- Founder dependency
- CRM signal noise
You receive an exposure map, phased pathway recommendation, quantified exposure range, and a Go / No‑Go progression decision.
Is the Scan a sales consultation?
No. It is a formal triage. We proceed only if system access is granted, a sponsor is named, and data integrity can be assessed. If gate conditions are not met, we pause. We do not run theatre.
What if the Scan shows we do not require further work?
Then no further phase proceeds. If revenue logic is defensible and exposure is contained, we confirm that and step back. The objective is structural clarity — not upsell.
Revenue Proof Programme
The build phase of the system.
- Lock definitions
- Tie out commercial data
- Log and control exceptions
- Clean CRM signal
- Produce buyer‑ready proof documentation
- Install Revenue Signal Integrity (RSI)
- Produce Logic Health Score
How long does it take?
Typically 3–4 weeks, depending on system complexity and exception density.
What does “definition lock” mean?
Revenue categories, pipeline stages, churn classifications, and renewal logic are formally defined and change‑controlled. No silent exceptions. No dashboard storytelling.
Durability Deployment
Controls installed during the build phase are embedded into live cadence, reporting rhythm, and accountability structures. The objective is behavioural consistency — not documentation alone.
Sustainment Shield
- Cadence discipline
- Drift detection
- Pattern refresh analysis
- Back‑testing controls
- Board‑grade indicators
It prevents regression after structural correction.
